The Launch of a Comprehensive Dental Consulting Firm
 
The Client
After reaching the pinnacle of his corporate success, Dr. Warm prepared to launch his own
dental consulting firm: Warm Dental Consulting Group. He planned to expand his consulting
services to be the most comprehensive offering within the dental industry.
 
The short-term goal was to position Warm Dental Consulting Group as a strong brand in the
local, regional and national dental markets. The long-term goals are to prepare the firm for
rapid expansion via licensing opportunities, alliance partnerships and/or acquisitions.  
 
 
The Marketing Strategy
The Strategic Marketing Blueprint gave the direction for a three-phase approach. Phase 1
focused on leveraging Dr. Warm’s ability to attract intensive word-of-mouth referrals in the
dental circles. He offered distressed dentists efficient support programs including emergency
quick loan processes, effective marketing campaigns, quality database of investors and
emergency proved HR services.  
 
Phase 2 focused on expanding their comprehensive consulting service offerings to general
dental practitioners. Vibrant recommended the following steps:(1) create a state-of-the-art
dentist friendly website, (2) use innovative and highly effective e-marketing tools to position
the firm in the top rankings of search engines, (3) build a fairly priced and easy to use
support program and e-training tools to attract a constant flow of new clients and to keep
the firm attractive for clients already under contract, (4) build strong and focused
relationships with high-end affiliate partners and other alliances (banks, insurance
companies etc.) to ensure quality service and programs and (6) create targeted PR
campaigns in the local papers and magazines as well as in special interest magazines to
create awareness around Warm Dental Consulting Group.  
 
In Phase 3 Warm Dental Consulting Group will continue expanding its services and programs
to support dentists throughout the country. A business plan for licensing and/or franchising
the consulting firm should be fully developed by the end of 2009.
 
 
The Result
Dr. Warm has established himself as the true leader in providing creative solutions in
distressed dental practice situations in the local markets. His firm is following the Strategic
Marketing Blueprint and enjoying strong support from the dental industry. Being impressed
by the vision of Dr. Warm ventures, the past Executive Director of the Arizona Dental
Association, Rick Murray, recently decided to join him as a full partner.
